James is host at big time outdoor events – Castle Howard Proms and pop gigs with audiences in excess of 10,000. James has introduced Olly Murs, Alexandra Burke and the National English Orchestra. James' adaptable style means he is at home with all audiences.
James is often called to present charity auctions for events around the country and is an accomplished host at black tie events including awards ceremonies.
In 2021 Summer events include open air country house concerts with Jools Holland, Last night of the Proms, and A Queen spectacular see you at Castle Howard and Stoner Park nr Henley.

James is a highly experienced host of events – a natural on stage. James has over 15 years' experience with The London New Year's Day Parade - a massive event with 8000 participants from around the world. James and a team of other commentators entertain the crowd of over 200,000 on the streets of London to inform them who is in front of them right now. This could be The All American Cheerleaders, a 300 piece marching band from Texas or maybe the Sylvia Young Theatre School. James is warm up, commentator and host for this 3 hour mega event.
